The 6204413 is the mounting bracket of the BK Mikro tool monitoring system: it holds the scanning wand (ø20 mm body, TK7x / TK8 series) at the measurement position next to the tool, outside the working envelope of the spindle. Rigid, repeatable positioning is the whole point - the wand tip must meet the tool at exactly the taught position every cycle, so BK Mikro machines this bracket to hold position under coolant, chips and vibration. Shown here from our full-system batch (complete TK98 kit) of which these brackets are part.
