The 6204357 is the long anti-rotation touch probe arm of the BK Mikro wand family: 510 mm overall length, 4 mm diameter carbon fibre (CFK) shaft, 120x15 mm contact plate, with an integrated balance weight that keeps the wand steady at long reach. The anti-rotation profile seats in the matching wand holder (Art. 6204329) so the plate keeps its orientation towards the tool - important wherever the plate must hit the tool flank, not just the tip. Wands are wear parts: exchange them in seconds without re-teaching the scanning head.
