Original BK Mikro BKM93 Basic control unit, article number 6304244, designed for use with the TK94A scanning head (Art. 6304249) in tool breakage and workpiece monitoring systems. As a compact basic-type unit it covers one monitoring function and is the cost-effective solution for single-spindle machines and retrofit projects. All functions are handled by an on-board microcontroller; the O.K. / K.O. LEDs give an instant read-out of the monitoring status, and the result is passed to the machine PLC as an O.K. or K.O. signal so that machining stops immediately on any deviation.
