RELIANCE VZ3000G UVZC3455G belongs to the VZ3000 series digital AC servo drive controller,supporting 200-400 VAC input and 400 V output.It has a peak current of up to 9.2 A and is compatible with AC servo or asynchronous motors of 55 kW level.The drive adopts PWM vector control,based on IGBT or IPM,and through the matching VZterm software or OPCU-2 terminal,users can easily complete parameter tuning and dynamic optimization.

Installation and maintenance

Preparation before installation:After power off,connect the three-phase 200-400 VAC power supply and ground it firmly.It is recommended to install the module in a well ventilated and dust-free environment to ensure the normal operation of the air cooling system.After installation,configure motor parameters through VZterm or OPCU-2 PID、Acceleration and deceleration curves,etc.

Maintenance suggestion:It is recommended to regularly(every six months)clean the fan and cooling filter,monitor control parameters and fault history.Export operation logs using VZterm,analyze current/speed curve trends,and provide early warning of anomalies.If expansion or replacement of modules is required,achieve fast parallel replacement without interrupting system production.
